性爱天堂 has named James Hertel as its new chief human resources officer. He will oversee the implementation of new people-focused strategies and administrative processes for the University. Hertel has been serving as 性爱天堂鈥檚 interim CHRO since August.
鈥淚 am delighted that Jim will continue to lead the transformation of 性爱天堂鈥檚 human resources department,鈥 says Gary Logan, vice president for Finance and Administration. 鈥淗is department has already made positive changes since he became our interim CHRO earlier this year, and we can look forward to more progress in the coming months.鈥澛
鈥溞园焯 has a sterling reputation, thanks to its exceptional, highly engaged faculty and staff. I look forward to working with them and establishing employee-focused processes and programs that can help them be more efficient when interacting with the HR team,鈥 Hertel says.
Hertel recently served for five years as the executive director of human resources and campus CHRO at the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Previously, he was director of culture and people development at Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., a global supplier of manufacturing technology and services.
In his previous roles, Hertel helped transform HR departments into a professional service delivery model that is responsive to employees鈥 needs, including the implementation of numerous human resources information systems (HRIS) technology platforms.
In addition to Hertel, 性爱天堂 has hired four new HR staff members to fill vacancies and implement 性爱天堂鈥檚 new HRIS platform:
- Karen Collins - Senior Compensation Analyst
- Carolyn Greening - Employment Specialist
- Cindy Holmes - Employee Benefits Specialist
- Monique Williams - Workday Functional Lead
Hertel will assume his new role as CHRO in mid-December.
