There, we caught up with both old and new friends, met the current students, and heard about what lay ahead for both 性爱天堂 and the HCAD program. The HCAD Alumni Association hosted an evening reception on Monday, March 26, in Chicago for any of our alumni who were in town attending ACHE. We were so pleased to welcome nearly 80 attendees who represented graduates from the early 1970s through our current class. We will continue with these HCAD receptions in future years and hope to see everyone again next year.</p> <p dir="ltr">During our HCAD Alumni Association board meeting in Chicago, we also discussed our continued commitment to marketing HCAD events that will help drive the connectivity across our alumni network. Since late January 2018, six HCAD alumni connectivity receptions have taken place in key Texas markets including Austin, Houston, and Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as in Oklahoma City, Chicago, and Denver. I have received messages from many of you who are interested in hosting an event or finding out who lives in your city. 聽Please continue to reach out, and we will continue to help connect our HCAD alumni across the nation.</p> <p dir="ltr">Lastly, please mark your calendars for Alumni Weekend 2018, which will be held Oct. 18-21. We will begin our HCAD alumni events with an awards dinner at the Pearl Studio in San Antonio on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 6 鈥 9 pm. During the evening, we will recognize and honor the 2018 Dean Duce Award recipient and the 2018 Momentum Award recipient. In addition to celebrating our award recipients, we will also recognize Mary Stefl, Ph.D., for her decades of dedication to the HCAD program and wish her a very happy retirement.聽<a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/trinity-university-hcadaa-awards-dinner-alumni-weekend-2018-tickets-46720110107?aff=affiliate1">Registration</a>聽is already open for the awards dinner. Program, Retirement, and Next Chapter</h5> <p dir="ltr">Mary Stefl, Ph.D., longtime HCAD professor, former department chair, and current director of the Center for Leadership Development in Health Management, will retire from 性爱天堂 at the end of June. During her distinguished 34-year tenure, she led the HCAD program to become one of the most successful and well known in the nation. (U.S. News and聽<a href="https://new.trinity.edu/news/trinitys-health-care-program-ranked-top-10">World Report recently listed it</a>聽among the country鈥檚 top ten graduate health care programs.) Her contributions to both the 性爱天堂 program and the broader profession were nationally recognized in 2004 with the prestigious Filerman Prize for Innovation in Health Administration Education. Stefl formed an advisory council that sought input from alumni, a popular initiative among her efforts to foster an exceptionally strong and engaged alumni support network鈥攚idely considered one of the great benefits of the program. She also launched a major capital campaign that met its $3 million goal and attracted an additional $7 million in legacy gift commitments.聽聽</p> <p dir="ltr">In addition to these accomplishments, Bob Shaw 鈥69, 鈥72, believes Stefl鈥檚 most important contribution was positioning the program for the future through the recruitment of the next generation of faculty and continued improvement in the curriculum to keep it relevant to the times. 鈥淪he has personally touched many of us, and we are all the better for it,鈥 Shaw says. 聽聽</p> <p dir="ltr">Jim Bohnsack 鈥97, 鈥99, a past president of the HCAD Alumni Association and current member of the Advisory Board, notes, 鈥淔rom the day I entered the program and throughout my involvement on the Board, Dr. Stefl has always focused on leading by example and focusing on the future. It was appropriate that she taught the capstone class at 性爱天堂. Her class tied it all together and served as the stepping stone as we launched our careers.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">Having worked with Stefl on HCAD Annual Fund campaigns, Corinne Smith 鈥86, 鈥94 recalls Stefl鈥檚 passionate determination to use this fund for student scholarships and other opportunities such as attending the ACHE Annual Congress in Chicago and entering invaluable case competitions. Smith also appreciates the many discussions she had with Stefl about the unique challenges facing women in the field and lauds her as a role model, mentor, and advocate for other women in the profession. 鈥淚鈥檝e long admired her multifaceted skills as an academician, author, editor, researcher, speaker, convener, and community advocate,鈥 she says. 鈥溞园焯免檚 HCAD program will look very different without her, and she will be missed.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">HCAD professor and chair Ed Schumacher sums up the feeling of many when he says, 鈥淚t is difficult to overstate the impact that she has had on our program and the overall field of health care management. Through her leadership as department chair as well as nationally through AUPHA and CAHME the past 30 years, she has been leading the way in health administration education and has left a lasting legacy in the field. There are countless health care executives who are in the positions they are in today because of her service.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">As she moves into the next phase of her life, Stefl may be busier than ever. She looks forward to 鈥渁 little traveling for fun鈥 but remains committed to the HCAD program and will do some development work. She will continue her many community activities including service on the board of the Humane Society, the alumni board of the Masters Leadership Program, and the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce鈥檚 Healthcare and Bioscience Committee. She鈥檚 also on the Advisory Board for the Patient Institute and Foundation Board for the Ecumenical Council. Although she will be busy, Stefl says she鈥檒l most miss 鈥渢he students, my colleagues, and the variety of perspectives that a liberal (arts) college promotes.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">Many echo the sentiments of Bohnsack, who adds, 鈥淲e will miss her dearly, but the legacy she leaves behind will benefit 性爱天堂 and the health care industry for generations to come.鈥 聽</p></div> </div> <div class="clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item"><p><strong>Pat Murray '78, FACHE, </strong>President/CEO, Administration, Peterson Regional Medical Center</p> <p>Growing up in the shadow of the Scott and White Clinic in Temple, Texas, where his father was an orthopedic surgeon and his mother was a former nurse, Pat Murray 鈥78, FACHE says 鈥渘o doubt the exposure to a variety of health professions as a child influenced my career choice and inspired me to think about ways of serving others.鈥</p> <p>For a career in service to others, Pat chose health care administration. He credits 性爱天堂鈥檚 HCAD program with opening doors for him and appreciates 鈥渢he guidance, positive influences, and warm relationships鈥 he has maintained with HCAD professors Paul Golliher, the late Ted Sparling, and Steve Tucker, and he lauds Mary Stefl for the leadership she provided the program.</p> <p>Having spent the first 24 years of his life along a narrow stretch of Interstate 35 in Central and South Central Texas, Pat was eager to live and work out of state. After a residency and a few years at the University of Arkansas for Medical Services in Little Rock, Pat worked in a variety of institutions in Tennessee, Louisiana, and Alabama, gaining experience in for-profit, nonprofit, public, system, and independent hospitals. While serving as CEO of a small hospital in Alabama, Pat鈥檚 chance encounter with Sparling at an American Hospital Association meeting led to his return to Texas, where he became assistant to F.W. 鈥淭ony鈥 Hall Jr., administrator of the Sid Peterson Hospital in Kerrville. Upon Tony鈥檚 retirement in 1999, Pat became CEO.</p> <p>Blessed with a visionary board that embraced the concept of developing a new campus, Pat and his team acquired 35 acres in 1997 and began work on a long-term plan. The first structure, a 50,000 square foot 聽ambulatory care center, was completed in 2000. 鈥淭hat facility鈥攊ts design, the people who staff it, the workflow we created鈥攚as a huge advance in how we accomplish our mission鈥 he says proudly. 鈥淲e gained significant confidence in our ability to adapt to the changing health care environment and began to change public perception about 鈥榮mall town health care.鈥欌 Further blessed with 鈥済ood timing, good planning, and great community support,鈥 Pat and his team continued developing new services and a vision for a new hospital. That vision was realized in April 2008 when they relocated services from the old Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital to the new Peterson Regional Medical Center.</p> <p>The work hasn鈥檛 been without challenges. 鈥淎dapting to and changing the culture of how physicians care for patients and conduct their business and helping them understand and embrace the employer-employee relationship has been frustrating yet rewarding and beneficial for our community and the patients we serve鈥 he says. He adds 鈥減lanning, promoting, and implementing change is one of the great joys of working in health care administration. Certainly during my work life, it has been amazing to witness and be part of the transformation of how health care is organized and financed.鈥</p> <p>Active professionally, Pat has served on the boards of the Texas Hospital Association (THA) and the Texas Healthcare Trustees organization and currently serves on the HOSPAC and the TORCH TMSI boards. Also active in his community, Pat is a former chair of Kerr County United Way, the Kerrville Public Utility Board, and the Kerr Economic Development Foundation. He is a past president of Kerrville Morning Rotary, a ruling elder of the First Presbyterian Church, is active in the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce, and supports a number of local causes that help create a healthy community. The Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce honored Pat with the Healthcare Leadership Award in 2002 and again in 2013 with the Bill Dozier Citizen of the Year Award. This year, THA also honored Pat with its Pioneer Award.</p> <p>While their three daughters were growing up, Pat and his wife of 43 years hosted six different foreign exchange students. 鈥淲e now have five grandchildren and have been able to visit most of our former exchange students in their home countries,鈥 he says. They recently made their 32nd annual visit to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and are looking forward to the annual Kerrville Folk Festival. Pat also enjoys deer hunting and dabbling in pottery.</p> <p>Based on his multifaceted career experiences and having adapted successfully to a dramatically changing health care environment, Pat has several pieces of advice for HCAD students and young practitioners: 鈥淪eek out new people beyond your normal circle of friends and acquaintances; be part of and give back to your community; develop a voracious appetite for learning; and take care of yourself and those you love.鈥</p></div> </div> <div data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_categories" class="block block-layout-builder Association</p> <p dir="ltr">With Texas roots that go back 200 years, Will Schlotter 鈥85 grew up in small towns across Texas in a family that emphasized public service and service above self. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas where his research focused on the application of staining techniques to measure neurological development of rat pups. 鈥淣ot directly applicable to any future endeavors,鈥 he laughs, 鈥渂ut it did give me a disciplined, scientific approach to problem solving.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">Unlike many young graduates, Will had no problem figuring out what to do next. Capital Guardian Research鈥 at the time, the country鈥檚 largest pension investment firm鈥 recruited him right out of college into a unique financial analyst/in-house MBA program. While there, Will became engaged to Regina Swaim, his wife of 34 years, and concurrently received a full scholarship to 性爱天堂鈥檚 Health Care Administration (HCAD) program. Although his five cohorts in the program now hold major positions in the company, Will declares happily, 鈥淚鈥檝e never looked back, and the satisfaction of being involved in the health care field supporting patient services has been great.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">At 性爱天堂, Will had the opportunity to do a little hospital cost accounting thanks in part to an early investment in a Compaq 鈥減ortable鈥 computer and Lotus 123A, which was being beta-tested on campus. Convinced that the administration of patient services through ambulatory care services had the potential to grow and deliver value to the community, he sought an unorthodox approach to the residency requirement and became the first HCAD student to do a full residency in a physician practice management environment. With support from HCAD professors Paul Golliher, the late Ted Sparling, and Steve Tucker, he was able to create a meaningful residency within an early management group that was pioneering the practice management concept across 16 groups in the 1980s.</p> <p dir="ltr">Thanks to the mentorship of Pankey Hall and other early pioneers in practice management, Will鈥攁t age 25鈥攚as named chief administrator of the Brenham Clinic Association, a multispecialty group, where he had the opportunity to learn every facet of group practice management in a challenging but supportive environment. 鈥淚n hindsight, I was probably way too young, but I survived and the lessons learned at a young age were invaluable鈥 he says. Those lessons included that 鈥渋t is much more important to lead through facilitating others than through absolute control.鈥</p> <p dir="ltr">Today, as CEO of Capitol Anesthesiology Association (CAA), Will leads an administrative team that supports 85 physicians, 170 CRNAs, 25 RNs, and support staff covering some 27 facilities, eight of which are hospitals ranging from Trauma Level I to a tertiary pediatric hospital. A recent partnership with US Anesthesia Partners is expected to bring a vast array of resources to be used with CAA鈥檚 stakeholders in developing higher valued services through shared clinical quality improvements.</p> <p dir="ltr">Obviously passionate about his field, Will is proud to have been involved early in the movement to promote and grow the impact of medical group management. 鈥淚 have spoken for 34 years on physician practice management issues and the alignment of health systems and physicians鈥 interests across a broad range of state and national associations and boards,鈥 he notes. He was part of a group that grew the Texas Administrators organization from a small state program into an affiliation with the Medical Group Management Association of Texas (MGMAT) and created a formal affiliation for legislative affairs with the Texas Medical Association in the late 1980s. On the state level, he was also a strong advocate for initiating conversations among the THA, the TMA, and insurers. A past president of MGMAT and current legislative affairs chair for the organization, he remains active in health care policy at the state and national levels.</p> <p dir="ltr">Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family (two married children and one very joyous grandchild), traveling, hiking, or fly-fishing in the great outdoors. 聽He also enjoys a round of golf 鈥渉ere and there or anywhere.鈥 In their Austin community, Will and Regina are members of Covenant Presbyterian Church where she has been an elder for the last three years. He has served on the Greater Austin Chamber Board of Directors and has been involved in education policy matters at the state and local levels. He also truly values his involvement with and the opportunity to give back to the HCAD program over the years. HCAD professor and former chair Mary Stefl became a good friend, and Will credits her with finding ways for him to contribute to the program for the past 20 years. 聽聽</p> <p dir="ltr">Will says the highlight of his career has been leading and facilitating teams through periods of unprecedented change. At this point, he enjoys taking a step back to recall with great appreciation 鈥渢he incredible talent and dedicated work of teams that I have been privileged to work with.鈥 As he maintains, 鈥渋t鈥檚 all about the patient and the quality of the team.鈥</p></div> </div> <div data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_categories" class="block block-layout-builder class="clearfix text-formatted field field--name-body field--type-text-with-summary field--label-hidden field__item"><p><strong>Nicole Banister 鈥06, FACHE,</strong> Director Comprehensive Primary Care Plus, TMF Health Quality Institute</p> <p>According to Nicole Banister 鈥06, FACHE, her interest in health care began with food. As a competitive, nationally ranked synchronized swimmer in high school, she 鈥渞ecognized very early the connection between nutrition and sports performance.鈥 Prior to entering 性爱天堂鈥檚 HCAD program, Nicole earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nutrition from TCU and passed the Boards to become a registered dietitian.</p> <p>Although she maintains her interest in good nutrition, Nicole鈥檚 residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore led to a wider variety of roles within the health care industry, including specialty care, medical practice management, and now delivery innovation. Following a stint as division director of Cardiac Surgery at Johns Hopkins, Nicole returned to Texas in 2009 where she managed a medical group practice that included seven ophthalmologists with multiple locations along with a surgery center and a retail optical business. In 2010, she returned to cardiac service work as the first director of the regional heart health program at Seton鈥檚 Dell Children鈥檚 Medical Center in Austin, Texas. During her two-year tenure there, she opened the first Extracorporeal Life Support (ECMO) program in Texas, increased surgical case volume and improved clinical outcomes.</p> <p>Nicole continued with the Seton system as a consultant in strategic planning and business development. With the ACA鈥檚 emphasis on value over volume-based care, she began focusing on care redesign. Four years ago, TMF Health Quality Institute recruited her to join the team working on a Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) model. Funded by the ACA, the four-year model tested innovative approaches to improving primary care at 500 primary care practices across the U.S. Based on lessons learned, that model has changed, but the excellent work by Nicole and her team led to TMF being selected to serve as a Region Learning Network contractor for CPC Plus. As a Regional Learning Network contractor, TMF guides practices in transforming their workflow and meeting model goals. The largest initiative of its kind, CPC Plus includes 3,000 primary care practices and more than 60 commercial payers across 18 regions of the U.S. The practices receive financial support from CMS as well as commercial payers in their regions to test different approaches to delivery. TMF also provides subject matter expertise as well as opportunities for peer-to-peer sharing within the local regions.</p> <p>As TMF鈥檚 director of CPC Plus, Nicole oversees this vast program and monitors data to ensure practices are indeed improving quality, patient engagement, cost, and utilization. Although based in Austin, Nicole leads a team that is spread across the country. Her Monday staff meetings include key members across five time zones. Undaunted by the depth and breadth of CPC Plus, Nicole says simply, 鈥淚 like being part of a team testing new and innovative ways to deliver health care.鈥 She remains connected to the 性爱天堂 HCAD alumni network in Austin and appreciates being able to reach out to HCAD professors Ed Schumacher, Mary Stefl, and Amer Kaissi for resources and help in identifying staff for positions on her team. 鈥淭hey have been a valuable source of support and encouragement,鈥 she notes.</p> <p>Outside of work, Nicole and her husband and their two school-aged daughters enjoy camping and outdoor activities. During a month-long road trip across the western U.S. last summer, the family visited five national parks. A runner, she and her husband and six friends compete annually in an overnight trail running race. Last year, they won first place. Having been a Girl Scout leader for three years and currently leading a Brownie troop, Nicole relishes the opportunity this affords her to spend time with her daughters and their friends. Such engagement also allows her to serve as a role model, provide opportunities for building confidence and leadership skills, and introduce the girls to STEM subjects.</p> <p>As for her role in the health care industry, Nicole says, 鈥淚 want to see change in our health care system that results in reduced spending and improved quality of care. I believe the framework for CPC Plus is part of that ultimate goal.鈥</p> <p>聽</p></div> </div> <div data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_categories" class="block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestoryfield-categories"> <div class="field field--name-field-categories field--type-entity-reference field--label-hidden field__items"> <div class="tag-wrapper field__item"> <div class="taxonomy-term vocabulary-category d-inline-block mx-2"> <a href="/academics/departments/health-care-administration/health-connections/archives/june-2018" class="badge rounded-0 text-uppercase text-white" style="background-color: #094d60;"> <div class="text-wrap field field--name-name field--type-string field--label-hidden field__item">June 2018</div> </a> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="mt-4 block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestoryfield-editor-notes" data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_editor_notes"> <div class="clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-editor-notes field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item"> <p>Words by Mary Denny</p></div> </div> <div class="mt-5 typography-base block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestoryfield-author" data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_author"> <div class="field field--name-field-author field--type-entity-reference field--label-hidden field__item"><div class="border border-light rounded-sm p-3"> <div class="d-flex align-items-center mb-3"> <i class="far fa-user mr-3"></i> <a href="/news/author/aviso-contributors" class="h5 text-dark m-0"> <div class="field field--name-name field--type-string field--label-hidden field__item">AVISO Contributors</div> </a> </div> <div class="clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-bio field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item"><p>AVISO is written and produced by members of the Health Care Administration Alumni Association in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations.聽</p> <p><a class="btn btn-primary btn-sm" href="/academics/departments/health-care-administration/aviso">AVISO Newsletter</a></p></div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div class="container"> <div class="row bs-1col"> <div class="bs-region bs-region--main"> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="pt-3 my-5"> <div class="container"> <div class="row bs-1col"> <div class="col bs-region bs-region--main"> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="layout layout--onecol"> <div> </div> </div> Sun, 03 Jun 2018 11:21:57 +0000 Anonymous 32511 at HCAD Chair Report - June 2018 /academics/departments/health-care-administration/health-connections/june-2018/hcad-chair-report-june-2018 <span class="field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden">HCAD Chair Report - June 2018</span> <span class="field field--name-uid field--type-entity-reference field--label-hidden"><span>Anonymous (not verified)</span></span> <span class="field field--name-created field--type-created field--label-hidden"><time datetime="2018-06-02T06:24:20-05:00" class="datetime">Saturday, June 2, 2018</time></span> <div class="mt-n5"> <div class="container"> <div class="row justify-content-center bs-1col"> <div class="col-12 col-lg-10 bs-region bs-region--main"> <div data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_thumbnail_image" class="block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestoryfield-thumbnail-image"> <div class="field field--name-field-thumbnail-image field--type-entity-reference field--label-hidden field__item"> <img loading="lazy" src="/sites/default/files/styles/media_970x520/public/2021-03/health-connections-report.jpg?itok=-6MCrgQD" width="970" height="546" alt="Health connections newsletter report graphic" class="img-fluid image-style-media-970x520" /></div> </div> <div class="h1 typography-serif text-primary-darker p-0 text-break mt-5 block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestorytitle" data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:title"> <span class="field field--name-title field--type-string field--label-hidden">HCAD Chair Report - June 2018</span> </div> <div class="h4 mb-4 typography-crimson text-break block block-layout-builder block-field-blocknodestoryfield-sub-heading" data-block-plugin-id="field_block:node:story:field_sub_heading"> <div class="field field--name-field-sub-heading field--type-string field--label-hidden field__item">Edward J. We just completed a very productive time with our executive students to kick off the summer session. The on-campus students are in the midst of their residency search. This year, we have a large number of organizations offering our students an incredible array of residency experiences. Of course, these students are nervous, but also very excited and thankful that they are afforded such great opportunities to apply and expand the things they are learning in the classroom to real life settings. The HCAD faculty are very excited to be part of this and to see where the students ultimately land.</p> <p dir="ltr">We are in the process of recruiting the next class for our executive HCAD program. If you have an up-and-coming leader in your organization, please consider pointing them to our program. It is designed to allow students to work full-time and complete the same degree that our on-campus students earn. For employees at Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health Resources, CHRISTUS, HCA, Lifepoint, CHS, Ascension, or Tenet, 性爱天堂 has agreed to a 25 percent tuition discount. Please take advantage of this opportunity! For more information, please contact me (<a href="mailto:eschumac@trinity.edu">eschumac@trinity.edu</a>), Amer Kaissi (<a href="mailto:akaissi@trinity.edu">akaissi@trinity.edu</a>), or Sharon Hubenak (<a href="mailto:Shubenak@trinity.edu">Shubenak@trinity.edu</a>).</p> <p dir="ltr">Our on-campus students competed in the Cleveland Clinic鈥檚 case competition again this year (a competition where any team from an MS-HCAD/MBA program can register). The Cleveland Clinic sends out the case via email on a Thursday afternoon, teams work on the case over the weekend, and they send their proposal on Monday morning. The judges then select the top 16 teams and invite them to Cleveland to present to their leadership. Of more than 50 submissions, three of the teams invited were from 性爱天堂. Thanks to very generous contributions from alumni to the HCAD annual fund, our students were able to attend and be fully funded. All three teams did a great job in the competition, presenting and defending their strategic recommendations to the top leaders of the Cleveland Clinic. 聽</p> <p dir="ltr">The biggest news within the HCAD program, however, is about Mary Stefl, Ph.D. After 34 years at 性爱天堂, Stefl has decided to retire from teaching. She will still play an active role with 性爱天堂鈥檚 Division of Alumni Relations and Development, and we are very grateful for that. All of the HCAD faculty owe her a huge debt. I have had the pleasure of working closely with her for the past 16 years and as a result of that relationship, I have grown tremendously as a teacher, researcher, and leader. It is difficult to overstate the impact she has had on the program, the university, and the field of health management education. While we will miss her, we are excited for our future. One of the best signs of effective leaders is that when they depart, their organizations continue to thrive without their day-to-day presence. This is definitely true for Stefl. We hope that you can join us over Alumni Weekend in October 2018 where, on top of recognizing our annual Duce and Momentum Award recipients, we will honor Stefl and the impact she has made on us all.</p> <p dir="ltr">Part of what makes teaching in the HCAD program so rewarding is the culture that we have been able to create. We are a very collaborative faculty who are student-focused. Everything we do is focused on making our students the best leaders possible. What keeps us centered, however, is our connection to you鈥攐ur alumni. The faculty has the great privilege of seeing the direct impact of what we do on campus by interacting with you through your careers. By observing the difference you make in your organizations and in the communities you serve, we are inspired to make sure we keep our focus on our students. We rely on you to keep us up to date and relevant with what we are bringing to our students. Therefore, it is important that you stay connected with us so that we can continue to provide the highest quality education to our students鈥搘hich, in turn, keeps the value of your degree as high as possible. So, thank you for all that you do, and please keep us updated about what you are doing.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br /> Edward J.
