In exciting news this fall, the Mellon Initiative’s Student Mini-Grants are getting a boost with the help of additional funding provided by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship! To encourage and support new and innovative student projects in the arts and humanities, the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in cooperation with the Mellon Initiative is now offering grants of up to $1,000 for projects that push the boundaries of traditional arts and humanities research. Student proposals considered for funding include, but are not limited to, digital humanities projects, projects that build civic engagement in San Antonio, and those that attempt to solve a social need or problem. Interested students are encouraged to submit their proposals for their innovative, next-level humanities or arts projects!
