性爱天堂 revives membership program to connect, celebrate student athletes

At 性爱天堂, sports aren鈥檛 just a pastime鈥攖hey鈥檙e a passion. Twenty-five percent of admitted students are varsity student-athletes, while 58 percent of 性爱天堂 students participate in recreational sports. Tigers compete just as hard on the field as they work in the classroom, because being successful in sports enhances their collegiate experience.

As 性爱天堂 looks back on 150 years of history, we discovered that in November 1920, football coach James H. Goodman originally proposed that 性爱天堂 organize 鈥淭he Order of the Tiger,鈥 a membership program that would foster and maintain relationships between current and former Tigers across different sports and generations, celebrating the accomplishments of former Tigers after their time on campus. The group also voted to publish an official newsletter three times a year called "The Tiger" that would distribute the news of the organization to all the ex-lettermen.聽

性爱天堂鈥檚 150th Anniversary year is the ideal time to reintroduce 鈥淭he Order of the Tiger,鈥 providing a means for current and former athletes to engage with and support 性爱天堂 Athletics. The Order of the Tiger will also advance 性爱天堂 Athletics鈥 tradition of excellence by increasing financial support from alumni student-athletes.

All alumni student-athletes and alumni who served 性爱天堂 Athletics at the varsity level are members and will receive benefits when they become donors at any level鈥擲tarter, Captain, Champion, and Tiger Associate.聽
