Kiplinger has named���԰����� to the��,��a list that now combines public schools, private universities, and private liberal arts colleges into a single, comprehensive list. �԰����� has achieved the rank of No. 26 in Private Universities and No. 81 among all 300 colleges.

The full rankings are available online at����and will appear in print in the February 2018 issue of������������Բ����’s Personal Finance, on newsstands Jan. 9.

“Our rankings, which weigh affordability alongside academic quality, are a great resource for students and their parents when sorting through college choices,” says Mark Solheim, editor of������������Բ����’s Personal Finance��magazine. “We start with a universe of nearly 1,200 schools and trim the list using measures of academic quality. We then rank the schools based on cost and financial aid data. All 300 schools on our list are worth a look.”

����������Բ����’s��assesses value by measurable standards of academic quality and affordability. Quality measures include the admission rate, the percentage of students who return for sophomore year, the student-faculty ratio, and four-year graduation rate. Cost criteria include sticker price, financial aid, and average debt at graduation. According to the site, �԰����� awards financial aid to 94 percent of students.

The magazine also includes an estimate of future earnings, using each school’s post-graduation earnings. The data does not consider whether workers graduated from college or went on to graduate school, limitations that prevent the magazine from including these calculations into the rankings. Calling the earnings a “salary yardstick,” the amount projected for �԰����� graduates is $54,000 per year.
