About

Designed by O’Neil Ford and built in 1968, the Ewing Halsell Center testified to ÐÔ°®ÌìÌÃ’s dedication to providing students with state-of-the-art resources by housing the University’s first computer, an IBM 360 model 44.

Today, the renovated Halsell Center continues to serve students as a collaborative learning space in the heart of ÐÔ°®ÌìÌÃ’s historical district. It is a place where faculty and students can use innovative, cross-disciplinary spaces, tools, and resources to answer questions and question answers.
