I am thrilled to join you as ÐÔ°®ÌìÌÃ’s 20th President – during such an exciting time in our school’s 153-year history.
Thanks to the efforts of Dr. Anderson and many others, ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà finds itself at an inflection point. As we begin this new academic year, we celebrate our newly earned classification as a National Liberal Arts institution by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education. This is an important milestone and one that we can continue to build upon in the coming years.
I am looking forward to meeting all of you in the coming days and weeks to learn what ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà means to you. Until then, here’s a brief video introduction that lets you know a bit more about me.
Right now, I am immersing myself in what it means to be a ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Tiger, and I hope you’ll share your thoughts with me. I am incredibly excited by the multitude of opportunities that are in front of us today.
