The HCAD Alumni Association is alive and well!ÌýThis Spring, six regional receptions were held to strengthen this alumni connectivity. The HCAD Alumni Association would love to expand these opportunities in the future as our HCAD Community grows. On Thursday, January 25, the ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Health Care Administration Alumni Association held a reception in Austin at Strasburger & Price. Special thanks to Corinne Smith ’86, ’94, Member of Clark Hill Strasburger and Co-Chair of the HCAD Annual Fund, and Will Schlotter ’85, CEO of Capitol Anesthesiology, for their sponsorship.

On Tuesday, February 6, the ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Health Care Administration Alumni Association held a reception in Houston during the Texas Hospital Association conference at Little Woodrow’s - Eado. Special thanks to Mike McBride ’90, CEO of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System in Baton Rouge, LA, for helping to sponsor this event.

On Thursday, February 8, the ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Health Care Administration Alumni Association held a reception in Oklahoma City at OU Medicine’s Children’s Hospital courtesy of Chuck Spicer ’95, President and CEO of OU Medicine.

On Monday, March 25, the ÐÔ°®ÌìÌà Health Care Administration Alumni Association held a reception where a total of 80 HCAD alumni, faculty and students reconnected in Chicago (in association with the annual American College of Healthcare Executive - ACHE - Congress).

On Wednesday, April 11, a group of HCAD alumni and Dr. Mary Stefl gathered in Denver for a reception hosted by Ryan Tobin '02, '04, CEO of Rose Medical Center.

On Thursday, May 17, a total of 35 HCAD alumni and faculty enjoyed reconnecting at the Dallas/Fort Worth HCAD Reception at NYLO in Dallas. Special thanks to Jim Kendrick '95, CEO of Community Hospital Corporation, Plano, who helped make this event possible.
